The kitchen and dining room at Thorncliffe are connected by a seating area, making for a really sociable space. The range cooker is fantastic for feeding a party of 6 and the dishwasher makes light work of the washing up! There is a full range of appliances including a Tassimo coffee machine, and in the adjoining utility you will find the washer, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave. The dining room has a beautiful rustic table that seats 6 comfortably, as well as plenty of space for serving and storage.

LIVING
LIVING

The beautiful, dark walls of the living room make this a really warm and inviting space. The large bay window is perfect for watching the world go by, whilst the log burner is a charming (and toasty) centrepiece to the room. Add in the smart TV, books and board games and you might not spend as much time exploring the local area as you had intended!

There are three bedrooms at Thorncliffe, two kings and one double. In the converted loft is the double bedroom, with its own separate W/C and small walk-in wardrobe. The middle floor houses the two king bedrooms and the front one offers an ensuite and TV. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with crisp white bedding, towels and a hairdryer in each.

You are spoilt for choice when it comes to toilets at Thorncliffe as there are 4 in the house! One downstairs, and one on the top floor to service the double bedroom as well as the two bathrooms. The main bathroom is a good size and has a separate bath and shower. It is also lovely as you can brush your teeth whilst looking across the town at the church clock. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet as well as lots of space to store all of your beauty products.

OUTDOOR
OUTDOOR

There is space on the drive of the property to park two cars and further free, on-street parking too. At the back of the house is a large garden which is fully enclosed so your 4 legged friends are safe, as well as a dog kennel should you want to leave them whilst you are exploring. A barbeque and patio furniture make this the ideal spot for catching the evening sun with a delicious meal and a glass of something chilled!
